Side by Side

Side by side is Yettel's program for professional development, corporate andsocial integration of individuals with various abilities. Participants in the program have the opportunity to work on specific projects in their chosen field for a duration of two years. Each participant becomes a part of a cohesive team and receives a personal mentor. This is another way Yettel emphasizes on the importance of diversity in the workplace and provides equal opportunities for everyone's career aspirations.

What does the program entail?

The "Side by side" social program extends a helping hand to individuals with various abilities in their professional development and social integration. In 2021 we introduced the option for fully remote working from home. The program spans for two years and the remuneration is determined depending on the position. Participants receive all additional benefits relevant to our employees. Program participants work on current business activities and key projects while learning from some of the best professionals in their chosen field. Each participant has a personal mentor, psychological support from our corporate psychologist, and specialized onboarding on our work processes.
